2021 Bajaj Platina 110 ABS launched in the Indian market and continues to power with the same 115 cc engine.

Bajaj Auto Platina 110 was recently spied on-road testing, and yesterday bajaj auto announced the launch of the 2021 Platina 110, which comes with a single-channel ABS system. Bajaj is the first to add ABS in commuters, and it cost only Rs 1,300 more compared with the ongoing H-gear variant of Platina. The government-mandated the combined braking system for two-wheelers below 125cc. However, Bajaj adds up another safety with the ABS system. On the other hand, the H-gear version uses a combined braking system utilizing a 240 mm disc at the front and a 118 mm drum brake at the rear.

To give a tough competition in the segment Bajaj has reduced some features as well from Platina 110. Compared with the H-gear variant ABS variant only gets an analog speedometer, analog fuel gauge, and odometer positioned on the left-hand side of the cluster. While the H-gear regular variant gets, semi-digital instrument cluster, that shows a gear shift indicator, low fuel level, clock, battery warning, and trip meter. Although, the company has also feed up with some updates in the bike, to keep the production cost as low as possible. The 2021 Bajaj Platina 110 featured, single-channel ABS, regulate body sticker in place of the 3D Platina logo on the fuel tank. The new addition of white color alloy wheels, also seen in new products like Pulsar N160, NS200, and RS200 motorcycles. Also, ABS badging of gold color along with new turn signals.

The 2021 Bajaj Platina 110 ABS continues to power with a 115-cc single-cylinder EFI engine developing maximum power output of 8.6 PS at 7000 rpm and peak torque of 9.81 Nm at 5000 rpm when mated with a 5-speed transmission gearbox system. Suspension duties are full filled by a front fork at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. The Bajaj Platina 110 ABS cost Rs 65,926, Rs 1300 costlier than the regular H-gear variant. As per reports, many more two-wheeler makers going to introduce additional safety features of ABS in their commuters to further increase the safety quotient.
