Ducati India has announced the launch of the FY2021 version of Multistrada V4 in the domestic market. The price range for the bike starts from Rs 18.99 lakh and goes up to Rs 23.30 lakh ex-showroom. It is the third Ducati motorcycle to acclaimed a V4 after Panigale V4 and Streetfighter V4 which were launched just a few months ago, and now it joins the Multistrada 950 in the brand’s touring range. The Ducati Multistrada V4 will be positioned at the flagship Motorcycle level in the Indian market portfolio for the brand.

2021 Ducati Multistrada V4 is offered in three variants – base V4, V4 S, and V4 S Sport. The base version is priced at Rs 18.99 lakh, v4 S is priced at Rs 23.10 lakh, and the top-end model V4 S Sport is at Rs 23.30 lakh. The entry-level model is equipped with black painted wheels along with signature red color While the V4 S variant features with Aviator grey shade. While the bike base variant V4 sits on fully adjustable 50 mm USD front forks and an adjustable rear shock absorber sourced from Marzocchi. The other two variants featured semi-active Ducati Skyhook suspension, along with updated auto-leveling functions.

As for performance the bike comes powered by a 1,158-cc liquid-cooled GrandTourismo four valves engine, which belts out 168 HP of maximum power at 10,500 Rpm and 125 Nm of peak torque at 8,750 Rpm. The motorcycle is built on a monocoque platform and rides on a 19-inch front tire and a 17-inch rear tire with a suite of electronics. The 2021 Ducati Multistrada V4 can be booked through an authorized dealership by a token amount of Rs 1 lakh across India. The Bike rivals the likes of BMW R 1250 GS and Honda’s CRF 1100 L. While, with the new GT engine the bike is expected to get more popularity among the bike enthusiasm and give a good competition in terms of sales as well.
