2021 Honda Dio launched with a new color scheme, updated design, blackened elements, remote key, and so on

The Honda Dio Scooter has seen a mid-life update and, few new elements have been added to it. Currently, it is offered with a starting price of Rs 1.52 lakh ex-showroom and goes up to Rs 1.54 lakhs. It is instantly refined as a completely new model as compared with the ongoing model in India, courtesy of New large alloy wheels, and fenders. It doesn’t look like the conventional Scooters Found in the Indian market. It features a new LED headlamp set high below which LED DRLs and turn indicators can be seen on separate instrument cluster housing.

2021 Honda Dio offered in four different color schemes, Matt black metallic, Pearl jasmine white, descent silver metallic, and Matt starry Blue metallic. The Equipped equipment list comprises, Analogue instrument cluster with a small digital screen, black finished rear-view mirrors, USB charging port, grab rails, exhaust system, and frontal space for objects. Along, with 18 liters under-seat storage and claims to have sufficient space for a big helmet, and some frontal space for half-liter water bottle storage. The Instrument cluster shows reading of, Fuel level, speed, RPM< distance to empty, and immobilizer. Other standard features available with Dio are eternal fuel filler, Remote Key, USB charging port, front disc, rear drum brake, front fork, etc.

Honda Dio Derives power from a 110 cc single-cylinder air-cooled motor, which develops 8.7 PS of maximum power and 9 Nm of peak torque. The Transmissions are handled by CVT (Continuous variable transmission) automatic gearbox system. In November 2020, Japanese two-wheeler maker launched their Limited Repsol edition of Hornet 2.0 and Dio on winning the MotoGP race event. In India, the Dio uses a 109.51 cc single-cylinder air-cooled motor which generates 7.76 PS of power and 9 Nm of torque, when mated with the CVT gearbox.
