Hero MotoCorp Feb 2021 sales – Splendor, Xpulse, passion, Xtreme

Hero MotoCorp one of the largest two-wheeler manufacturers in India, posted a 34 percent market share in Feb 2021.

  • Hero Splendor again leading the sales chart
  • Massive sale growth seen by Hero Xpulse 200 and finished at last in the brand sales chart

 Hero MotoCorp Continued to be the best two-wheeler manufacturer in the Indian market yet again, as the brand recorded massive 4,84,405 units in Feb 2021, against 4,80,196 units twelve months back with a positive sale growth of 0.9 percent on a year-on-year basis. The company posted a 34 percent overall market share, which is a drop of 3.14 percent compared on a year-on-year basis. From the brand yet again Splendor leading the charge and finished at the Top of the company overall sales of Feb 2021. The entry-level commuter garnered a cumulative domestic sale of 2,47,422 units last month against 2,15,196 units in Feb 2020, with 15 percent positive sales on a year-on-year basis.

Followed by HF deluxe in the second position but doesn’t finish with positive sales as it gets de-growth in sales last-month. The Bike recorded an overall cumulative domestic tally of 1,26,309 last month up against 1,75,997 units during the same period last year, with a 28 percent Decline in sales on a year-on-year basis. Followed with a passion series finished at third rank, with 34,417 units last month against 34,797 units during the same month last year, with 1 percent de-growth on a YOY basis. The fourth rank secured by passion sibling bike glamour with 27,375 units in Feb 2021, against 35,752 units twelve months ago with a second biggest de-growth of 23 percent after HF Deluxe. The pleasure Scooter stood at fifth position with Cumulative domestic sales of 23,106 units against 8,435 units during the same period last month, finished with a 174 percent sales surge. The Destini 125 posted 12,031 units against 7,304 units, with a 65 percent positive sales growth on a YOY basis.

The Maestro finished at the seventh position as it recorded 5,899 units last month against 2,102 units during the same month last year, with a 181 percent massive sales surge. The exciting package for Hero MotoCorp turns out to be Xtreme 160R and Xpulse 200, as the former recorded 4,985 units against 606 units and the Later recorded 2,861 units against 5 units, with a massive year-on-year positive sale.
