The 2021 Suzuki Hayabusa powered by a 1340 cc inline 4-cylinder DOHC liquid-cooled engine that complies with the euro 5 emission norms. The Brand claims that this particular engine will be smoother, punchier, and more fuel-efficient, thanks to the tweaks made in pistons, cam profiles, and combustion chamber. It develops 197 PS of maximum power at 9,700 rpm and 155 Nm of peak torque at 7,000 rpm when mated with a 6-speed transmission system. In addition, it also gets bi-directional quick shifter as standard, making it the faster Hayabusa ever made “Claimed by Suzuki”.

This is the major and main area that Suzuki mainly works on the 2022 Hayabusa. The motorcycle gets, ten-level traction control, ten-level anti-Wheelie control, three power modes, launch control, cruise control, cornering ABS and Hill hold control. It also features new LED headlamps, larger TFT cluster that fits between two analog dials. The digital displays help the rider to navigate through equipped features easily.

Suzuki launched New-Gen Hayabusa in the USA market, with a base price of $18,599 without taxes that are converted to Rs 13.57 lakhs INR. It means the price has been increased by $3,800 (Rs 2.77 lakhs) compared with the previous-gen model. Also, the main point here is that New-Gen Suzuki Hayabusa will be launched and sold in the Indian market through CKD, which further makes it pricier. That been said, New Hayabusa to feature a significant price hike and, could be priced at Rs 17 – Rs 18 lakhs ex-showroom. The Launch will be expected in the second quarter of 2021 itself.
