2021 Renault Triber launched with Dual-Tone paint scheme, replacing the Fiery Red Scheme and with updated features

Renault India has announced their MPV Triber with two dual-tone color shades, and with few new updates as well. Although, the powertrain remains as in Kiger and Kwid. It shares the same underpinning with Renault Kiger and Nissan Magnite, CMF-A+ platform. 2021 Renault MPV Triber price range started from Rs 5.30 lakhs, which undercuts their recently launched compact-SUV Kiger. The Dual-tone color only offered on Topline variant RXZ as Cedar Brown has added to the palette. The Brown body paint is complemented with a black roof and Black Pillars, along with blackened ORVM’s which ate electrically adjustable and have integrated turn indicators.

Along with the Dual-tone paint scheme, Triber updated with features as well like, Dual horn setup, height-adjustable driver seat, Steering mounted controls, and so on.  Its aggressive pricing is one of the key factors for the sales volume and a similar strategy was followed with Renault kwid and Compact SUV Kiger. The addition of the Dual-tone color also enhances the MPV range of premium touch and looks.

As for the performance MPV, Triber continues to use the same 1.0 Litre three-cylinder naturally aspirated engine, which can be seen in both Kwid and Kiger as well. The engine develops a maximum power output of 72 PS and a peak torque of 96 Nm. The transmission is handled by a standard 5-speed manual and an optional AMT (Automatic manual transmission) gearbox system. Also, the Triber expected to expand the powertrain option with the addition of a 1.0 Litre Turbocharged petrol engine in the Line-up. Currently, the brand’s main focus on fulfilling the needs of the customers so that the brand can increase its sales volume in the Indian market as well.
