Ford has raised the prices on its majority of cars with no confirmed reason, however, the cause may supposedly be the rising prices of the Transportation and the raw material. The most affected car in this process is the widely popular Ford Endeavour which is also the most loved Ford car and has received a hike of up to a whopping Rs. 80,000, although, the price of the base variant Titanium 4×2 still remains the same, which is Rs. 29.99 lakh. Talking about the hike, the most affected variants are the Ford Endeavour Titanium Plus 4×4 and Ford Endeavour Sport 4×4 which have both gotten an increment of Rs. 80,000, whereas the Ford Endeavour Titanium Plus 4×2 gets an increment of Rs. 70,000.
Ford Endeavour in the domestic market is retailed with only one engine variant, which is a 2.0-litre EcoBlue 4-cylinder diesel engine, which can generate up to maximum power of 170 PS and a maximum torque output of 420 Nm, which comes equipped with a standard 10-speed automatic transmission gearbox and with an option of a 4×2 or a 4×4 drive variant.
Other features of the car include a Terrain Management system which comes with four model option like Normal, Sand, Rock and Snow/Mud/Grass. The Endeavour also comes equipped with features like a hill launch assist, hill hold assists, and an electric locking rear differential.
