Kia Unveiled their first dedicated electric Vehicle EV6 globally, which shares the same underpinnings with Hyundai IONIQ 5.

Kia Motors officially revealed their first dedicated electric vehicle named EV6, releasing the set of images for the global markets. The South Korean brand will officially debut EV6 later this month, as per the images it looks quite appealing and the designs are futuristic as well. It is quite different compared with IONIQ-5 design elements, although both the vehicles share the same Underpinnings. Both the cars are based on the same dedicated E-GMP platform made by Hyundaigroupe only for electric vehicles. As for designs, the upfront gets a sliding downwards bonnet with muscular lines, underneath LED headlamps, and boomerang-shaped LED DRLs daytime running lights are neatly integrated. The Kia EV6 has the digital Tiger Nose grille, the latest iteration of Kia’s standard iconic tiger Nose Grille.
New EV6 comes with Kia’s new simplified logo, the car gets a wide central air Intake, raked windshield, sloping roof rails with integrated spoilers at the edges, High mounted stop lamps, shark Fin antenna, Eccentric LED tail lights covering edges on both the rear ends, Dual-tone alloy wheels leverage the long-wheelbase length to wheelbase space, and so on. More on exterior detailing, it has slightly sloping C-pillars, clean side profile with projecting lines, also Kia mention that the Daring colors paint scheme will be on offer. As for the Interior, it comprises, more digital and less physical buttons, with a dual-tone interior theme. Following the dual-tone theme, it gets white-colored seats, a curved screen angle towards the Driver side, and, sadly the 21-inch screen Dashboard display from the concept EV6 can not see in the production-ready vehicle.
Kia EV6 powered with a 72.6 KWh Battey pack and the expected driving range capabilities are around 500 km in a single full charge. The E-GMP capable of charging from 10 to 80 percent in just 18 minutes and could get RWD and AWD configurations. As for the performance, it will get 800 V internals with a charging capacity of 220 KW, other information announcements been made at the time of the launch later this month.
