Today Audi has launched its premium luxury sedan the new 2021 Audi S5 Sportback facelift after a long 4-year gap with a price tag of Rs. 79.06. The new S5 facelift comes with a variety of exterior and interior styling changes however, the powertrain still remains the same.
So, to start off with the changes the company has made in the new S5 facelift from its older counterpart is the new front facia with some major to minor tweaks, like the new redesigned single-frame grille, new Matrix LED headlamp setup with new LED DRLs included, and newly designed front bumper. the side profile of the car, however, remains the same except for the new 19-inch alloy wheels and for the rear the gets minor tweaks like new taillights and a revised rear bumper. The new 2021 Audi S5 Sportback comes in a total of 8 standard colours along with some new fancy name colours like Turbo blue, Tango red and Daytona grey.
For the interior, the 2021 Audi S5 Sportback gets a new updated 10.1-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, along with this the car also gets a new 12.3-inch fully digital touchscreen instrument cluster or what Audi calls it the new “virtual cockpit instrument cluster”. Other than these updates the interior almost looks and feels the exact same as the previous S5 which included features like Alcantara leather upholstery, three-zone climate control, ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, parking sensor and many similar features.
The powertrain of the new 2021 Audi S5 Sportback still remains the exact same as its older counterpart which came with the 3.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine which can belt out a maximum power output up to 354hp and a max torque output of 500Nm, mated with an 8-speed automatic transmission gearbox and the car also comes with Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system. The car can also sprint from 0-100 in 4.8 seconds.
