Mahindra and Mahindra or M&M Limited is a MNC (Multinational Corporation) of vehicle manufacturing established in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Also, It is a subsidiary of M&M group. The company was registered as Muhammad and Mahindra during establishment in 1945 but renamed later to M&M. M&M automotive deals in Passenger vehicles, Buses, Tractor, Pickups, trucks, electric vehicles and small commercial vehicles. It is one of the biggest automotive companies in India as well as in the world. This company is the largest manufacturer of tractors in the world and ranked 17th in fortune 500 companies in 2018. In the automotive filed, it rivals with Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, Hyundai, and many more and they brand their vehicle only by Mahindra.
Car Launches and Line-up:
Mahindra started the production of its first car Jeep CJ3 in 1954 and came into light commercial vehicle market in 1965. Since then, company has been working and make alliances with ford, Renault, etc. to manufacture and release passenger, agriculture and commercial vehicles over a period of time.
