Husqvarna motorcycles revealed the concept forum of their upcoming all-electric zero-emission Scooter Vektorr, along with Bltz Electric Scooter. Just a few weeks ago Husqvarna also wraps off the cover from its E-Pilen bike. The Vektorr EV has a claimed riding range of 95 Km and a top speed of 45 Kmph. The concept images aren’t near to its production-ready version, although the launch is expected to be next year. Interestingly, the production of Vektorr alongside Bltz likely to be done in India for domestic as well as European markets as well.
The Husqvarna Vektorr concept showcased as the solution for urban mobility solution and developed with association with Bajaj which has a big stake in Pierer Mobility parent organization of Swedish company. While, no more information and technical specifications been revealed yet, but it could follow a swappable battery classification as in E-Pilen. The Vektorr could be powered with a 4 KW electric motor and has a voltage of 48V. Vektorr more likely to be built on the Bajaj Chetak EV platform and the manufacturing also be done in India as well.
Pierre mobility is a part of a group comprising Honda, Yamaha, and Piaggio for developing a swappable battery pack. The Husqvarna Vektorr features a more futuristic approach on the design, as in Vitpilen and Svartpilen range, comprising of rounded headlamps on the bottom of the front profile, with glossy black surroundings and multi-spoke blacked-out alloy wheel. The design boast sleek yellow accents, and an upright riding position. Within, Ten years the European market will have 50% electric two-wheelers in the performance range of 50cc-125cc. Alongside, Vektorr Husqvarna also revealed the Bltz electric Scooter concept with a claimed range of 40 Km and top speed 20Kmph.
