Yamaha today has announced the launch of the Limited MotoGP edition of its famous bike FZ25 in the domestic market. The New MotoGP edition will be limited in numbers and gets a host of updates and features, priced at Rs 1.36 lakh ex-showroom New Delhi. While the standard FZ25 base variant price has been reduced by up to Rs 19,000, and ow the base variant costs Rs 1.34 lakh. Although, Yamaha FZS 25 is priced at Rs 1.40 lakh ex-showroom. The Japanese two-wheeler brands Yamaha and Honda often come with special limited-edition MotoGP in India to attract bike enthusiasts.
While talking about the design and changes with the standard model the MotoGP edition gets a host of graphical updates. Firstly, the bike gets a MotoGP branding on the fuel tank, side panels, and signature tank shrouds while the monster energy decals can be seen on the side panels. The ENEOS logo has been applied to the fuel tank as well. A few weeks ago, the manufacture reduces the price and with that FZ25 becomes the most affordable 250cc in the Indian market. The Bike directly rivals with Bajaj Dominar 250, and following the price drop bike now costs Rs 1.54 lakh.
Yamaha FZ25 MotoGP limited edition continues to be powered by a 249-cc air-cooled single-cylinder fuel-injected BS6 compliant engine. The engine is capable enough to develop 20.5 HP of maximum power output and 20.1 Nm of peak torque. The powertrain comes coupled with a 5-speed transmission gearbox system. The bike rides on conventional telescopic front forks and monocross rear suspension. As for the equipment list, it gets sharp-looking LED headlamps with LED DRLs, negative LCD instrument cluster, side stand engine cut off, LED tail lamp, wide handlebar setup, grab rails, and so on.
