Mahindra India sales analysis as it sold 15,786 units in august 2021, in which compact SUV XUV300 tops the line-up list with dispatching 5,861 units resulting in 96% growth.

Mahindra and Mahindra yet again finished in the top 5 overall sales of manufacturer list last month. Last month Mahindra garnered a total of 15,786 units as against 13,407 units sold in the same corresponding month last year resulting in 17.7 percent year-on-year growth. The Homegrown UV specialist outsells Toyota, Honda, Renault, MG, Skoda, Nissan, Volkswagen, and other remaining companies. While, compared on a month-on-month basis Mahindra registered a decline in growth by 24.1 percent, as it registered 20,797 units on July 2021. While talking about the shared market share last month Mahindra saw a growth of 0.4 percent as it registered a 6.1% market share against 5.7 percent in August 2020.

The Mahindra XUV300 compact SUV becomes the top-selling product from the brand as it garnered 5,861 units against 2,990 units sold in the same period last year getting 96 percent year-on-year sales growth. While, the sub-4m SUV space is currently the most attractive and popular in the Indian market as it competes against Sonet, Magnite, Kiger, Vitara Brezza, venue, WR-V, and so on. The second position is taken by second-generation Thar as it registered 3,493 units last month. The Mahindra Bolero shows its consistency yet again last month it gains 3,218 units as against 5,487 units sold in august 2020 getting a degrowth of 41% on a YoY basis.
The Scorpio finished at fourth position with 3,493 units dispatched, while the new generation test mules have been spotted many times on the road. XUV500 finished at fifth position with 383 units as against 919 units sold in august 2020 resulting in 58% degrowth. Marazzo sod 181 units last month as against 635 units sold in august 2020 resulting in 71% degrowth. Alturas G4 finished at seventh position with 42 units sold against 1 unit in august 2020. While at last KUV100 finished last with just 2 units as against 48 units sold in august 2020.
