Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. has today announced that all of its models will be going through a price hike starting this month (September 2021). This price hike varies from Rs. 7,500 up to Rs. 22,000 on the select variants which translate up to a hike of 2% of its total cost. The reason given for this price hike is the rising input cost of raw materials and transportation. However, this isn’t the first time that the company has announced the price hike, it’s not even the second or third but the fourth time.
Starting the list with the smallest hiked car, Maruti Suzuki S-Presso which has gotten Rs. 7,500 costlier than before keeping in mind that these are the maximum price hike for the car which varies further according to the variant you chose, next is the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza which gets a price hike of Rs. 10,000, while the Maruti Suzuki Dzire now is getting Rs. 10,000 costlier.

The Ciaz and S-cross are being hiked by Rs. 20,500 each and the Maruti Suzuki Eeco gets the height hike of Rs. 22,500.
