Skoda unveiled their first product from the India 2.0 project with Volkswagen groupe, Kushaq Mid-Size SUV official images have been revealed.

Crenzh republic manufacturer has been working on its transformation phase under India 2.0 with Volkswagen groupe. Volkswagen groupe invested more than 1 Billion Euros in this project. With the improved aftersales, the manufacturer concentrating on launching new products especially for the Indian market, that being said Skoda Kushaq is the first product from the initiative. Skoda Kushaq makes its global debut today, with official images and confirmed powertrains. Kushaq Mid-Size five-seater SUV is the first in line model to build on a newly heavily localized MQB A0 IN platform, specially made for the Indian market.
This said platform will also be seen in the new Volkswagen product Tiguan this year. Kushaq is basically the production-ready version of the VISION IN, which was seen at the 2020 Auto Expo. Skoda conducted 1.5 Million Km of cumulative prototype testing with Kushaq. The Skoda Kushaq design features, a Split LED headlamp, LED DRLs, signature chrome finish butterfly grille, large central air intake, silver color front, and rear skid plate. Other highlights of Kushaq are, roof rails, L-shaped LED taillights, signature Skoda Littering on the tailgate, 18-inch alloy wheels, and so on. Skoda Kushaq unveiled.
Skoda Kushaq offered two turbocharged engine options, a 1.0 Litre inline three-cylinder turbocharged TSI engine, that is capable enough to develop 115 PS of maximum power at 5,000 Rpm and 175 Nm of peak torque at 1,750-4,500 Rpm. The second engine is offered in Top-end trims and it gets powered with a 1.5 Litre inline four-cylinder TSI engine developing 150 PS of maximum power and 250 Nm of peak torque. The 6-speed manual transmission is offered with both the engine as standard, while an optional 6-speed torque convertor comes paired with a 1.0 Litre unit and 7-speed DSG direct-shift automatic gearbox in the 1.5 Litre unit. Skoda also using a better multi-speaker audio system for a better experience onboard passengers.
The Skoda Kushaq interior comprises, all-digital instrument cluster, floating infotainments system that supports apple car play and android auto, My Skoda connect technology that enables, live tracking, trip analysis, more safety and security features, Multi-functional steering wheel, cruise control, engine start-stop, wireless charging facility, and vertically design AC vents. Kushaq offers candy white, brilliant silver, carbon black, honey orange, and tornado red color paint scheme.
