Recently, launched a new generation Land Rover Defender into two versions 90 and 110 back in 2019. Recently, the land rover has announced the launch of both the version India as well. The 110 version is the longer wheelbase five-door model, while the shorter wheelbase 90 measures the three-door model. Now, the brand planning to debut its even longer wheelbase version in foreign markets as well. Now defender 130 is slated to introduce in the coming months with a segment larger wheelbase. The SUV 130 test mules with heavy camouflage have been spotted on global markets and based on spy shots many artists have digitally rendered defender into 130.
This particular Defender 130 is digitally rendered by Nikita Chuiko with the larger range as in the ongoing model. Spy pictures of defender 130 emerged on internet comprises of same front profile as in 90 and 110 version; has the same rectangular headlamps with integrated LED DRLs, and same grille and bumper. The Side profile also has the same feature until the C-Pilar, after that it has been stretched out a little by Nikita Chuiko as based on Spy images. The wheelbase remains the same as in the 110 version, while the rear profile has a large overhang. The taillights design and the badging remain the same as its smaller siblings and continued to be tailgate-mounted spear wheels.
The upcoming Defender 130 could get the larger wheelbase of 5100 mm which is around 342 mm longer than the ongoing 110 version. The height, width, and ground clearance are likely to remain the same. The increment space in the rear part could be for better space and comfort for 3-row space and larger boot space. Just like the defender 110 version, the 130 version also has the 8-seating configuration. A 7-seater configuration could also be offered with a 130 version. The cabin design and features list remain unchanged and continue to have a smart-looking beige color interior. The defender 130 will likely have the same powertrain option as well. These include turbocharged petrol, turbo diesel, and V8 Supercharged gasoline.
